Dressing Set

I have a silver set which was given to me in 1993 as a gift. Bought in Glasgow, I believe it’s a Dressing Set. There are three pieces inside the box, one small imprint in the velvet is empty. I’m guessing it’s possibly for a toothpick or bootpick or something. Any ideas?
I can read A&LL, then below this three boxes with what looks like a tulip but probably an anchor, a lion and a k, which seems to be in the lower case.
I’d appreciate some help with dating the item, and if possible, advising what the missing piece might be.
I can’t seem to download a photograph of a suitable size, sorry. Duh! Am I doing something wrong?
Grateful for any advice. Thanks
