EG Webster - but a hallmark I have never seen. Help?!

I got this lovely ‘E.G Webster Double Plate’ Serving Platter at Goodwill. I have seen the spider-like E.G Webster hallmark and the ‘strongarm’ one.

Has anyone seen this mark before? Is it a fake?
