I got this lovely ‘E.G Webster Double Plate’ Serving Platter at Goodwill. I have seen the spider-like E.G Webster hallmark and the ‘strongarm’ one.
Has anyone seen this mark before? Is it a fake?

Why would anyone bother to fake electroplate? Remember that there is no regulation of electroplate marks so this may have only been used for a short time and has therefore not been recorded.
