Egyptian silver hallmarks

Hi…I have two bangles and two pill boxes, all Egyptian silver, bought over 17 years ago in Egypt. Could anyone enlighten me as to what the Hallmarks on these pieces mean please?

First one may be Assuit 1946.

Second 800 Tanta 1994 maybe not sure on year
Third yeah too hard but 800
