I am pretty sure this is an electroplated Fenton piece from the 1800’s. Not sure if it is a coffee pot or a tea pot? There is obvious tarnishing, although I have not been able to find any copper hidden underneath stressed areas or in seams. Just need some clarity on this. Thanks! 
Welcome to the forum. Yes, this is an electroplated Fenton Brothers teapot. From its style I would suggest it dates from the 20th century rather than the 19th. It would have been part of a mass-production run for commercial customers such as hotels or other slightly upmarket mass caterers. I don’t know anything about Lincoln Hall; my best suggestion is that it may have been university accommodation.
