English sterling silver bowl Sponsor mark? Help?

Hi can anyone help identify the sponsor mark on my recent purchase. I’m having trouble finding a maker? I think the bowl dates 1937
Any help would be great.

J W Benson Ltd. Date letter B is the assay year 1937/38.
