I found a spoon but I don’t know the marks apart from the “Ep”

I seem to recall that this electroplate mark has come up before, either on this forum or another, and that nobody could identify it. The problem is that there is no regulatory body for electroplaters’ marks so there was never a requirement for them to be registered and recorded.
