I believe it is the mark of Nuremberg retailer Johann Christian Wich, active from 1837 to the mid 20th century.

Davy, as someone who loves to surround with objects, I say that anything can be a collectible. The question is whether we want to please our eyes, our wallet… or irritate our wife.
