The only information I have found for the flatware was about the name and he was a jeweler in Athens, Ohio.
You probably won’t get an answer to your query (somebody out there prove me wrong please!), but it’s 100% certain that a better image of any marks is required. In addition it would help if you told us what you want to know (e.g. composition, date?).
