I have a jam/pickle holder inscribed with Forbes quadruple plated 524. It has an intricated decorative handle with a side hook for a teaspoon or fork. I have found a suitable jar to place in the holder. Can anyone give me the history for the factory and when did they amalgamate with the International Silver Company
