Foreign Hallmark?

I was hoping for help in identifying these hallmarks. I gather they are not English but cannot find out more about them despite some online research. Could anyone give me an idea if this item is silver and if so what do the different hallmarks signify?

In fact this is English, but it is not, strictly speaking, a hallmark. It is the manufacturer’s mark of Atkin Brothers of Sheffield and indicates that the item is electroplate. Try this link for more information.
