I am unsure about the material as it does not appear to be marked as far as I can see. It tarnishes like silver/plate with complete finger print imprint within a few hours after handling. It measures 13cm tall and the cup mouth is 9 cm wide. It weighs roughley 10.4 ounces.
I wonder if anyone recognises the mould? can give any clues as to the best place to look for any marks? or any advice re the material bearing in mind its weight and tarnishing.
