I know this piece is francis howard, thinking it may not be silver as no other markings, but was wondering what year it is from and if it would be worth anything
Your jug is at best electroplate and, if it is, the plating appears to be damaged. This will certainly devalue the jug which was not worth a lot in the first place, especially as it is missing the rest of the tea service. It is not possible to date it.
