Hello, would love some help. This was given to me around 30 years ago from a french Aunt, wondering if anyone can help me identify 1, if its solid silver or silver platted? and also if hallmarks mean anything of value

It’s electroplate. The “30” means that 30 grams of silver was used in the plating process. I can’t help with the manufacturer or value.
