Georgian? sifter spoon

I think these hallmarks date my sifter spoon to the Georgian period but there’s no assay and no exact match for the stamps anywhere…

This looks like a London 1816 mark. The maker’s mark may be WE over WF for William Eley and William Fearn. It was not unusual for there not to have been a town mark at this time.
