Hi. Could anyone please help me identify the assay office / date / makers of any of these three spoons? One has a particularly interesting picture on the back of the bowl. Many thanks,

The sections of your pictures with the hallmarks are a bit too small for easy identification. However my best guesses are:
1: possibly London 1735, although the punch doesn’t seem quite the right shape
2: no idea, but the Hanoverian pattern dates it to before c1785
3: possibly Robert Gray, Edinburgh, c1800; but the town mark also looks a bit like an Exeter mark of the same period
