I have this small beaker or Kiddush cup, and I’ve got a feeling the marks are German but can’t seem to find a match online. Does anyone recognise these, or am I way off?

It is not German but French. It dates from between 1819 and 1838. It comes not from Paris but from Strasbourg. The proof is 800/1000. I do not recognize the maker mark.
