We found this goblet at the Local Goodwill. Picked it up because we thought it was neat, now we see it has all the hallmarks and can not figure out what they are. Any help would be appreciated.

This is a pewter mark. The crowned rose is an often used symbol for pewter items - and the seahorse is the symbol of the Association of British Pewter Craftsmen.
