Golfer statue (16 cm), Sterling silver, 1905 (pictures)

Hello,

I’m new here and very happy to have found this forum.
I hope someone can help me with this:

It is a golfer statue about 16 cm in height. What we found out with our personal (amateurish) research considering the hallmarks is the following:

It is probably Birmingham, Sterling Silver, 1905

We are not sure about the Maker’s mark as there are several that look pretty alike. It might be James Beebe or Henry Wilkinson & Co -John Brashier-.

Or maybe Joseph Bent: silvermakersmarks.co.uk/Make … ham-J.html

Any help regarding the maker’s mark is appreciated, of course.

Now for the the $64,000 question: What’s it worth?

The maker is none of those you mention - wrong assay office or wrong period for them. It may be Joseph Bushell, but I’m not 100% sure. I can’t help with the important question though - sorry.
