 :face_with_monocle:
Argent bourré 925?
The expression “bourré argent” (or “fourré argent”) refers to a technique for manufacturing silverware and cutlery where the object has an outer shell of solid silver (925/1000 standard), but whose interior is filled with a core of resin, wax or plaster to lighten the structure.

Thanks

Got the same on Google, it’s only marked Bourre on the one piece.

Makers mark is the same on both. C star G - I have no idea, assume French.

I have no clue, either. But it might be C star S. AI suggests Chéramy and Salomon, but I have little faith in it, being unable to find a similar mark.

I’ve tried various methods, but to no avail. The signatures resemble French ones, and that seems to be the only clear clue. I await your feedback.
