I have a small silver fork with a half moon, cown, 800 and a star of David with a “J” or a “U” inside. Can anyone tell me what it is, date etc.
I am a Militaria dealer and it was in with a load of German bits.

It is a German silver piece made after 1886 or 1888. The proof is 800/1000 as expected. The David star is the maker’s mark but the description is too vague to identify. If deciphered it should narrow the time period.
