Hallmark id required please

Evening all, i have a small silver 12 sided dish with a carry handle.

I have no idea what it is !! Its 5 inch wide and 2 3/4 inch tall. Or 5 inch with the handle up.

The hallmarks show a M.H &Co, with a serial 3488.

Im not sure if 2 of the hallmarks are the letters A and B.

Anyone have any ideas please ?

Electroplate by Martin, Hall & Co of Sheffield. The 4 boxed letters are EPNS = electroplated nickel silver. It’s probably a bonbonniere.
