Hello. Picked this up at the flea market - long summer lunches with a champagne cooler in the centre of the table are calling… 
Not sterling, last hallmarks I believe to read A1 EPC (electro plated copper). Is anyone able to assist in identifying the remaining hallmarks?

I suppose you could stick a bottle of bubbly in a rose bowl or for that matter a rose in a bubbly bucket, but so far I seem to have resisted the temptation to do either.
Also neither of the two people on this forum who pride themselves on their ability to squint at blurry hall or trade marks have so far figured out what yours are, which is why we, in a remote time zone challenged part of the former colonies, are pondering the matter bereft of their always astute, sometimes even accurate, comments.
So far the best clue is the righthand drive on the car interior and the old fashioned cellphone or gps cables which indicate you are entitled to UK plates.
So if you really want to know who stamped your bowl you might want to take an easier to read picture.
Silver is very difficult to shoot at best of times and when you have worn electroplate trade marks you have to be very precise with your focus.

I was about to ask you to state your location when I too noticed the configuration of your vehicle. However I also note the sleeve, and reflection, of a thick coat which suggests to me that the picture was not taken recently in the UK where we are experiencing a heat wave. Are you perhaps in the Antipodes? This might explain the EPC which is not a usual UK electroplate mark. If you do get around to taking another picture it is not necessary to get so close; it might be easier to get a sharp image from a bit farther away.
My best reading of the mark is I (or J) N P (maybe). I have not so far found a matching UK or US electroplate manufacturer.
