So I’ve found this relativity old piece of silver and I was wondering if someone could help with the identification. I’m not sure which is the top/bottom of the marks. Could be WH or HM. the 90 (if it is a 90?) should be 900+ silver since it’s Chinese, if I’m not mistaken?
