Hi please could somebody identify the hallmarks on this silver teaspoon please

It’s not a silver mark so is therefore not a hallmark. It’s an electroplate mark of the Birmingham company Daniel & Arter. There is even a possibility that your spoon is a base metal alloy without electroplating as Daniel & Arter produced their own proprietary alloys.
