Hallmarked Napkin Ring -glove, hand and sword

It is inscribed with a hand holding a sword and a mans head wearing a laurel or short crown - large ears.
Underneath the hand is a half circular band or cuff.
Have had this for years without knowing a thing about it
The Hallmarks inside are S - then a full lion - - then a mans head with a mustache - then a king or queen with a larger crown.

Can anyone tell me anything about this - I have always been curious about it.
Thank you
Kathleen

We need pictures of the marks on your napkin ring in order to make an identification. I don’t recognise the maker from your description.

I am sorry - but I don’t have a picture -
On further examination tho - it is also stamped B(dot)C(dot)A
Is that of any help.
Thanking you in advance
Kathleen
