Hallmarks/MakersMarks on silver(?) pint and 1/2 pint tankard

I was wondering if anyone could help ID the markings on my tankards?

both tankards have 3 letters L.O.L which i believe is L.Owen Leeds then follows what looks like a bear then L(?) and P vertically. There is also a crown stamp with letters V & R and numbers 174

Any help would be appreciated, i’ve attached pictures of marks.

Could the vertical letters be EP (for electroplate)? The mugs certainly aren’t silver.

I thought they wouldn’t be silver and the E.P. would explain that, if that is what it reads. I would still be grateful for any further info on them.
