Please can anyone help identify the hallmarks in the attached photo - they are on the back of a set of 8 forks.

Not a hallmark as this is an electroplate mark. HLd is Harrods Ltd and A1 is an indicator of plating quality - A1 is the manufacturer’s best quality. The symbol, which I do not recognise, is the trademark of the original manufacturer who made the piece for Harrods.
