this fish knife is thin like coin silver but is showing wear and I wonder if I should have it repaired or just ditch it. I can’t figure out the marks. Help and advice

These are typical electroplate marks. Without some initials I cannot identify the manufacturer.

yeah, the second mark looks to be an I or a J that wasn’t pressed completely.
