This spoon has absolutely stumped me. I’ve looked every where and I swear at every countries hallmarks. Please if anyone could help it would be so greatly appreciated, also if it’s Sterling or not.

Not sure about the purity of the silver, but I’ve seen indications online that his stuff was coin silver, so not quite sterling, but close.
ETA: The first hallmark symbol, after the maker’s name, looks like a miniature version of the coat of arms of the State of Maryland, which fits. The others, who knows?
