hi i recently acquired a joblot of silver bits but i cant date or verify the hallmarks as they seem to be foriegn. can anyone identify them thanks

Your first picture is an electroplate mark of James Dixon & Sons of Sheffield.
The souvenir spoon from Bruges is presumably Belgian. I don’t recognise any of the marks as Belgian standard marks, so I don’t think the spoon is silver.
The claddagh ring has Dublin hallmarks for 1978.
