Hello with hallmarks

Hi, I have this small candlestick. It has a number of marks,

Written on the item are the numbers 19005, 5913 in italic

0 (or o) 332 in numerical

Then 5 hallmarks

One looks to be the prince of wales feathers
Something that looks like a rower in a boat (!)
Then B&S in 3 gothic style hallmarks

I’ll add pics. Any help appreciated,.

This is an electroplate mark (i.e. not silver) of Deykin & Sons of Birmingham active from 1854 until 1895 at Venetian Works, Jennens Row, Birmingham (hence the gondola in their trade mark).
