hi, this Silver cigarette case was inhertied from my auntie please could you help ID this piece.

I’m no expert but this is what i researched

P&B = Padgett & Braham Ltd
Standard Mark - Sterling .925
City - London
Date - ??? cant descipher the letter “h”
