Added this thimble to my growing collection and can’t locate any information. Any assistance in identifying and dating this would be greatly appreciated.
Although the mark looks, at first sight, to be a British hallmark, it is actually what we term a pseudo-mark, one which has been made to look like a hallmark. There is therefore no independent guarantee of silver content. Pseudo-marks are typically associated with Chinese export silver and early American and Canadian silver. I cannot identify this particular mark.
Okay, thank you for the reply.
