Help identifying hallmarks possibly fireign

Hi

I have 4 hallmarks on an old serving spoon without the usual town, recognisable date mark so am wondering whether they are foreign. I’m particularly keen to work out the first G symbol and the final O. Any help much appreciated!

This is a Dutch hallmark for .833 standard silver with the date letter O for 1924. The first mark with the G is the maker’s mark, which I cannot identify. The circular mark with a head inside is the Minerva head assay office mark. If it were not so worn you would see a letter at top right showing which assay office did the marking.
