Could someone help me identify this flatware I found from my family which is German.
You probably know that these are electroplate and not silver.
The WB&C mark is almost certainly that of Bruckmann & Sohne of Heilbronn. The eagle is their trademark.
The William Rogers (“Wm Rogers”) name was used by several related companies including some based in Hartford, Connecticut. “IS”, International Silver, is the overall owner of the company.

They usually prefer you to post these in new posts. But I can tell you that’s German silver of their normal 80% purity (800).
