Help Identifying Silver Spoons made in Great Britain

The spoons have a circle with a ‘c’ inside them followed by ‘silver plated’ with two capital M’s following that. The outside of the case is adorned by an emblem that appears to have two large M’s made from gold colored paint. The case measures 5 5/8 inches by 10 1/8 inches. The case is black leather streached over metal. The tag below the spoons reads 'HAND POLISHED MADE IN GREAT BRITTAIN ’

I am considering selling at this time. Offers must be from serious collectors only.
