Help identifying small silver spoon

I found this buried in the garden. I think it might be Hester Bateman (1788), but have no idea what sort of spoon it is. Can anyone assist?!

You have identified the hallmark correctly. I think that the spoon is a simply a condiment spoon (mustard, salt) with embellishment.
