The general idea is you post the item and the marks in legible form and we look them up for you.
We then attempt to tell you who made it and when and for what purpose.
All this is predicated on marks being big enough to be discernible.
But okay since you have asked. This is a bowl with a floral design, probably late nineteenth or early 20th century. It maybe made of sterling silver or plate or even nickel silver, probably plate and it purpose might be to put stuff in.
If you want a real answer the marks should be readable without the use of a high powered microscope, the size and weight of the item should be given and how you acquired it and where might help.
Meanwhile this game of “I spy with my little eye” is fun too but quite beyond my physical capabilities.
