I have a vintage trumpet vase that is 8" tall and marked with an owl hallmark and says weighted sterling. Who is the maker of this piece?
Any help would be much appreciated!

I was thinking that too but it is just not close enough to justify any kind of certainty. Maybe they changed from one owl type to another after so many years?
Can you use a magnifying glass to read what is inside the shield on an owl’s body?
Thanks for your help it’s much appreciated I spent so many hours trying to find an exact match for this hallmark to no avail. I got many more pieces of sterling with hallmarks that just don’t seem to match anything exactly it is quite frustrating from a sellers standpoint. Kudos to you sir!
