Help Identifying W.F & S S mark

We have a sterling silver flatware set with the mark W.F & S S on the back (“W.F” “&” “S” “S” are all in separate ovals). Any ideas?

This sounds like an electroplate mark with WF&S being W F & Son(s) and the last S being Sheffield. Electroplate marks are not as well documented as silver marks but a picture would definitely help.

Thank you! Here is a photo (please disregard the tarnish).

This is definitely electroplate (confirmed by the EP and A1 marks). Unfortunately this mark has not been identified on any of my go-to sites for electroplaters.
