Help in deciphering hallmarks on a silver plate tea pot and age

Hi - I would be grateful for any help in finding out what these marks represent, who the maker is and the age of this silver plated tea pot. I had seen that the two suns may be Mappin Brothers and perhaps the second letter could be a “b” but the first is not clear. The style looks art deco but I think they would have beenMappin & Web by then?

The exact year is rather difficult to determine, more of a time frame…

Thank you. Looking at the link you sent I’m guessing it would be pre 1832.
