This flatware, rat tail pattern has marks I cannot identify. Suspect, by the rigidity that it’s plate, but no sign of wear to confirm! Any help greatly appreciated.
I think you’re right. For some reason it makes me think of Hotel Plate, but I’m not sure they would have had all those markings.
