Help please - table spoon

Looking for some guidance please if somebody can recognise these markings. They are from a table spoon, presumed to be plated. Any assistance appreciated.

Thank you - likely year of production ?

Thx.

First half of the 20th century seems likely to me. Electroplate is almost always undateable.
