Help Reading Hallmarks on Silver Perfume Bottle

I have a small silver guilloche perefume bottle that I cannot identify the hall marks. I have attached a photo. I think they are a cross, anchor, 3 stars, a head that faces left and what looks to be a letter L? There alsoo appears to be a P below the anchor. There is also another stamp at the bottom of the crest that looks like a snake but I am not sure. Please let me know if you can help. Thanks!

That doesn’t look like a hallmark - it seems to be an applied decoration. And that looks like Greek lettering at the bottom which might be a clue. Are there no marks on the bottle? Maybe a picture of the whole thing might help.

The word sterling is on the top of the bottle as seen in the pictures. I could not find anything else. It had the anchor in the crest of the first photo photo4

which I thought may indicate “Birmingham”.

American pieces are often marked “sterling” but other countries do that as well. I think that crest is either someone’s personal crest, or it’s decorative, and really doesn’t have anything to do with the maker.
