Help reading Irish Silver marks

Hi all,

I’m stumped with this one so would appreciate any help! This is a pretty stunning looking cake slicer with a nice king neptune theme.

I believe it to be Irish silver, however the Harp does not have a crown (cannot find any info about this). There is a duty mark however i am unable to identify this either, or find any info about a maker ‘CK’. I’m probably barking up the wrong tree though so hoping someone might know these marks, cheers.

This looks all wrong for an Irish hallmark. As you point out, the harp should be crowned. The Hibernia, “duty mark” and date letter all look very crude so I think it is a pseudo-mark of some kind, but it’s not one I’ve come across before.

Thanks very much, its an odd one.
