Help Required With Hallmark

Hi, would love to know more about this hallmark. It is a silver motif on a burr/burl beech cigarette case. There are two tiny hallmarks. One being a “B” in a diamond cartouche with what looks to be 3 wheat/barley sheaves?? directly underneath. The other is on the lower left hand side and is extremely small and obscure.
Many thanks

French maker’s marks tend to be in diamond/lozenge shaped punches. This might be a pointer to the origin. It would probably help if you could work out what the other mark is.

The other hallmark is so tiny it looks like a dent and it is impossible to determine any form within it but definitely a hallmark of some sort. Have done a bit of research and only came up with a similar style hallmark from Nancy, in France.
