I have come across this when clearing out mymothers house.
It is a large “silver” ladle and the hallmark is quite difficult to read - however I will try to describe it as the photo is not too clear.
It has a crown at the top then underneath that it looks like an S with maybe a sword through it - like a medical sign??
It then has the following marks
JO HN W or (V)A TE S - These are all individual boxed marks.
