Help to identify makers mark on my Albert chain J.T&S

JT&S is probably John Troup & Sons of Hatton Garden, London. The Birmingham date letter Z on the dog clip and the spinner is 1899. For a realistic value I suggest that you check out the Sold listings on Ebay. I also suggest that it should be given a clean with good quality silver polish and a bit of elbow grease; it will all look so much better.
