Help to identify Teapot and Cream jug set

I am hoping someone may be able to help. I have a silver Teapot and cream jug set, silver 800. I can only make out some numbers printed in the bottom of the items (800) and what seems to be F1369 image attached.

Try gently cleaning this part of the signature to sharpen the outlines.
