Hello, please could anyone help me identify these two hall marks please?
The first is on a Silver Coffee pot and the second is on a Taylor Tunnicliffe China bowl silver stand. Thank you so much
The first is a Sheffield sterling silver hallmark for the assay year 1944/45 with the maker’s mark of (probably) William Bush & Sons Ltd of Sheffield.
The second mark is an electroplate mark, not a hallmark (i.e. the stand is not solid silver), of Deykin & Sons of Birmingham. It cannot be dated accurately but is going to be late 19th century.
